Fertility Within Reach® is a national non-profit that increases access to fertility treatment and benefits by educating patients, policymakers and service providers with proprietary and evidence-based data through personalized consultations, workshops and legislative testimonies.

RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association is a 501(c)3, national patient advocacy organization. Ms. Eck founded RESOLVE because she saw a need to bring together other women facing infertility and she began the first RESOLVE support group around her kitchen table. Today RESOLVE provides free support groups in more than 200 communities; is the leading patient advocacy voice; and serves as the go-to organization for anyone challenged in their family building.

The North American Menopause Society (NAMS) is North America’s leading nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the health and quality of life of all women during midlife and beyond through an understanding of menopause and healthy aging. Its multidisciplinary membership of 2,000 leaders in the field allows NAMS to be uniquely qualified to provide information that is both accurate and unbiased, not for or against any point of view.
