With more than 35 years of experience, our care coordinators follow you throughout your healthcare journey to ensure that everything is just right. We know you have enough to worry about, and our goal is to care for you in a safe, comfortable, Christian-oriented environment.

Ideally, wear something that makes you comfortable. If you like jeans, that’s great. Prefer sweatpants or leggings? Go for it. Anything that you would lounge around and at home is perfect. Our goal is that you feel as comfortable as possible while relaxing in a private suite.

TwelveStone is dedicated to meeting the needs of patients with complex and chronic conditions. We care for patients who’ve been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, cystic fibrosis, leukemia, emphysema, psoriasis, osteoporosis, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, hypercholesterolemia, growth deficiency, and more.

We’ll connect you with real patients living with the same condition that can walk with you.
