This policy also prohibits retaliation for reporting possible violations of this policy, for cooperating with any related investigation, or for participating in such a complaint process.
POLICY ADMINISTRATION
In compliance with Section 1557 and other federal civil rights laws, TwelveStone provides individuals with the following in a timely manner and free of charge:

TwelveStone will provide language assistance services for individuals with limited English proficiency (including individuals’ companions with limited English proficiency) to ensure meaningful access to our programs, activities, services, and other benefits. Language assistance services may include:

- Qualified interpreters, including qualified American Sign Language interpreters.
- Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, as well as other formats).
- Reasonable modifications. TwelveStone will provide reasonable modifications for qualified individuals with disabilities, when necessary to ensure accessibility and equal opportunity to participate in our programs, activities, services, or other benefits.
REPORTING
TwelveStone encourages the reporting of all incidents of discrimination. If you believe you have witnessed behavior that violates this policy, you are encouraged to report that conduct to the Compliance Officer.
