At TwelveStone Health Partners, excellence isn’t measured only in clinical outcomes—it’s reflected in the voices of our patients. Nearly 3,000 five-star Google reviews tell a powerful story: one of compassion, consistency, and a deeply personal approach to care. But behind every review is something even more meaningful—the people who make those experiences possible.

Our nurses, providers, and clinical tea/ms are the true engine behind each patient story. And this month, we are honored to spotlight one of those remarkable individuals: Bethany Hardison, our March 12 Tribes Employee of the Month.

A Foundation Builder in Bowling Green

Bethany began her journey with TwelveStone as a PRN Float Provider in the Central region. When the opportunity arose to help launch our Bowling Green clinic, she stepped forward—embracing the challenge of a part-time provider role to help establish something new.

What followed is a testament to both her clinical excellence and leadership heart.

With only two clinic days per week and five infusion suites, Bethany successfully managed a significant patient volume while helping lay the groundwork for an innovative model of part-time clinic operations. Growth can often bring complexity, but Bethany met it with steadiness and purpose.

Though she did not carry the formal title of Clinic Supervisor, she naturally stepped into that role—guiding RN staff, providing training, and creating a culture of consistency and support during a critical growth phase.

More Than Clinical Care—A Calling

What truly sets Bethany apart is not just what she does, but how she does it.

Her connections with patients go beyond treatment plans. She listens, encourages, and builds trust in moments that matter most. Her communication with referring providers strengthens continuity of care, ensuring each patient’s journey is supported at every step.

And perhaps most telling is something she says often—even on the hardest days: “I love this job and what I do.”

That kind of passion can’t be manufactured. It reflects a deeper sense of purpose—one that aligns with the calling we believe is behind all meaningful healthcare.

At TwelveStone, we often talk about stewardship—the idea that we are entrusted with gifts, talents, and opportunities to serve others. As reflected in the biblical principle of stewardship, we are called to use what we’ve been given faithfully and with intention, multiplying its impact for the good of others.

Bethany embodies that principle daily.

The People Behind the Reviews

When patients leave five-star reviews describing exceptional care, kindness, and even moments of prayer, they are describing people like Bethany. They are describing teams who go beyond tasks and procedures to create environments where patients feel seen, known, and cared for—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

One patient shared:

“They took excellent care of me… I loved that they are faith-based and prayed with me.”

These moments don’t happen by accident. They are the result of a culture built by individuals who lead with both skill and heart.

A Culture Worth Celebrating

Bethany’s contributions have been instrumental to the success of the Bowling Green clinic, but her impact reaches far beyond a single location. She represents the very best of TwelveStone—where clinical excellence meets compassion, and where every patient interaction is an opportunity to serve with purpose.

As we get close to celebrating 3,000 five-star reviews, we recognize that each one reflects our people.

Bethany, thank you for your leadership, your resilience, and your unwavering commitment to the patients we serve.

Congratulations on being named March’s 12 Tribes Employee of the Month.

And to all of our clinical staff across TwelveStone—thank you for being the engine behind every life touched and every story told.
