From intake and pharmacy to operations and leadership, each person contributes to the experience our patients receive. But this week, we pause to recognize a group that stands in a league of their own: our nurses. Their compassion, clinical excellence, and unwavering commitment make them true healthcare heroes and a primary reason patients entrust us with their complex infusion care.
Nurses are often the steady presence patients see during visits—the familiar face during what is often a long treatment journey. Whether administering advanced biologic infusions or simply offering encouragement on a difficult day, their impact extends far beyond clinical care. As we’ve seen time and again, it’s often the smallest moments—a kind word, a reassuring smile, even a prayer—that leave the deepest impression on those we serve.
This Nurses’ Week, we celebrate not just what our nurses do, but who they are.
A Month of Growth and Momentum
April was a remarkable month across TwelveStone. Together, we administered more than 5,000 infusions in our centers and as in-home infusions through our Infusion Support team—setting a new record and continuing the strong momentum from an outstanding first quarter.

Excellence Worth Celebrating
Delivering exceptional patient experiences remains at the core of everything we do. In April, the Mt. Juliet infusion center led the way with the most 5-star patient reviews. Congratulations to the entire team for setting the standard for excellence.

As an organization, our ability to continue to generate this type of feedback day after day is a testament to our culture and the amazing nursing team on the frontlines.



As we continue toward our goal of 3,500 five-star patient reviews in 2026—with 2,856 already achieved—we are reminded that growth is not just measured in numbers, but in lives impacted.
